Hard luck to our U18 boys soccer team

Hard luck to our U18 boys soccer team who lost in the quarter final of the Midlands Division 1 league during the week. This was our first time playing in Division 1 and to reach the knockout stages was a success in itself.

However, the boys showed that they weren’t just making up the numbers in the last eight and they held a strong Clane C.S. team level 1:1 through normal time.  Extra time failed to separate the two sides and we lost out 5:4 in the penalty shoot out.  Hard luck lads but well done also.
